RootTOP Group is a diversified business group operating across multiple industries in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced individual Brand Designer or design team to develop, refine, and standardize the corporate identity of RootTOP Group and its sister concerns. This is a one-time, project-based engagement. The selected designer or team will create a premium, professional, and consistent branding system that reflects our vision, values, and corporate identity across every company and application.

Project scope

• RootTOP Group (Corporate): logo development or refinement and a complete corporate identity system.
• Corporate stationery: company brochure, letterhead, small and large envelopes, business or visiting card, employee ID card, and ID card ribbon or lanyard.
• Financial documents: money receipt, convenience bill, bill voucher, credit voucher, and debit voucher.
• Corporate templates: congratulations template, appreciation certificate template, and greeting or wishes template.
• RootTOP Limited: logo refinement, letterhead, and envelope design.
• AR International: new logo design and letterhead.
• Khamarbari: new logo design and letterhead.
• Orisyn: new logo design and letterhead.
• Altertech: logo refinement and letterhead.
• K3R: new logo design and letterhead.
• Satellite: logo design or refinement and letterhead.
• Cross Border: new logo design and letterhead.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across the group while giving every sister concern an appropriate and distinctive brand presence.

Selection basis

• No specific academic qualification is mandatory; selection will be based primarily on portfolio quality, relevant experience, and ability to deliver the complete project scope.
• Professional training or education in graphic design, visual communication, branding, or a related discipline is an advantage.

Portfolio requirements

• Strong professional experience in corporate branding and brand identity design.
• Demonstrated print-design expertise, including production-ready stationery and corporate documents.
• Experience developing consistent branding systems for multiple companies or sub-brands.
• A portfolio containing corporate branding projects, logo samples, and brand identity case studies.

Designer requirements & submission information

• Modern, clean, and premium design aesthetics with excellent typography and layout skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or equivalent professional software.
• Ability to prepare accurate print-ready artwork and well-organized editable source files.
• Strong communication, project planning, revision management, and deadline-management skills.
• Applicants may be an experienced individual freelancer or a capable design team.
• Applications must include a portfolio or Behance/Dribbble link, CV or professional profile, estimated total project cost, estimated timeline, and contact information.

Required deliverables

• Negotiable project fee based on experience, portfolio quality, proposed approach, and final project scope.
• Editable source files in AI and EPS formats, plus editable or print-ready PDF files.
• High-resolution PNG and scalable SVG files for approved brand assets.
• Print-ready PDF files for all applicable stationery, financial documents, and templates.
• Full-color, black, white, and monochrome variations of approved logos and brand assets.
• Basic logo usage guidelines, font recommendations, and an approved color palette.
• A complete, clearly organized final brand-assets package for RootTOP Group and all listed sister concerns.
• Any other production files reasonably required for consistent digital and print use within the agreed scope.
